If you love dark chocolate you will LOVE these! They are rich, and creamy, with a bit of texture from the almond butter and coconut. Your family will be sure to love these. You may even want to double it....otherwise they won't last long!
And...they are also perfect for that moment when you just need a bit of chocolate to make everything better!
I might also add that they are SO easy to make!
Ingredients:
1/2 C. coconut oil (melted)
1/4 C. plus 2 TB. cocoa
1/2 C. Almond butter
1/4 C. Pure maple syrup
1/2 tsp. Vanilla
1/4 C. Unsweetened coconut
Servings: 16
In a blender add all of the ingredients, blend until smooth and creamy looking. Pour into mini muffin cups and place in refrigerator for about 30 minutes. If you want them QUICK stick them in the freezer, and they'll be great in about 10 minutes.
(The great thing about this fudge is that it's so versatile! I've done it with raw peanut butter in place of the almond butter and my kids really enjoyed that! You can also substitute honey or agave for the syrup. So many options!)
